Research
Professor Oldroyd is a recognized specialist on social capital and knowledge flows within organizations. He has done significant work on the creation and management of social capital within firms. His research has been published in leading journals such as Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal and Academy of Management Review.
